1. Returns:
- You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. For returns to be accepted, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or customized products are non-returnable (e.g. like FALL PICO POLISH on SAREE, Or ALTERATION(STICHING) of Dresses & Lehnga).
Note:- PAY ATTENTION TO THIS POINT AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE A VEDIO OF THE PRODUCT BEING DELIVERD AT THE TIME OF UNBOXING.
2. Easy Returns Process:
- To initiate a return, simply email us at lsg.vns.1970@gmail.com OR WHATSAPP US ON 9555961247 with your order number and reason for return.
- Returns can be shipped back to us free of charge if the product is damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange for a free return and issue you a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
- We request photos or videos of the damage so that we can ensure the highest quality control moving forward.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
READ CAREFULLY :- We would not take any kind of return or refund on the product if perfumes or safety pin are used on products
5. Exchanges:
- While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you are welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
- The product will not be exchanged if perfumes or safety pin are used on products.
